NCH Capital Inc. is committed to acting in the best long-term interest of our clients.  We believe that environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) consideration can affect the performance of investment portfolios and recognize that many of our investors value an investment approach that integrates ESG factors.


A PRI Signatory

As part of NCH’s investment diligence process, NCH considers such factors as a portfolio company’s governance practices, the quality, sustainability and transparency of the operations of the fund or portfolio company, and the geographic scope, industry focus, and other impacts of the fund’s investments or the portfolio company’s business.

NCH is a signatory to the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (“PRI”), a voluntary initiative promoting the integration of ESG considerations into investment processes and encouraging ongoing engagement with broader ESG issues.  As a signatory, NCH has affirmed the following PRI principles (the “Principles”):

-        NCH will incorporate ESG issues into investment analysis and decision-making process.

-        NCH will be active owners and incorporate ESG issues into its ownership policies and practices.

-        NCH will seek appropriate disclosure on ESG issues by the entities in which it invests.

-        NCH will promote acceptance and implementations of the Principles within the investment industry.

-        NCH will work together with other UN PRI signatories to enhance its effectiveness in implementing the Principles.

-        NCH will report on its activities and progress towards implementing the Principles
